Will there be any fees for me to pay whilst using the service?
No, the service has a no charging policy for any services it offers to the public
 
Are you a department of Social Services or part of a statutory service?
No, we have always remained independent from any other services, whether statutory or voluntary
 

How do I know that my enquiry is kept confidential?

Each volunteer is required to pass a Criminal Records Bureau Check, at enhanced level, as well as providing two references and signing the Confidentiality Pledge
