| No, the service has a no charging policy for any services it offers to the public |

| No, we have always remained independent from any other services, whether statutory or voluntary |

How do I know that my enquiry is kept confidential? |
| Each volunteer is required to pass a Criminal Records Bureau Check, at enhanced level, as well as providing two references and signing the Confidentiality Pledge |
